Bernadette earned her master's degree at Loyola University in Chicago, and has worked in the field of obstetrics for over 35 years working as an Advanced Practice Nurse, including the past 11 years as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. Believing that an educated decision is always a better decision, her professional interests include the care of patients with diabetes in pregnancy, empowering women with knowledge not only for their pregnancy, but for years to come, as well as multiple gestation, medication assisted treatment in pregnancy, mood disorders, and grief support for unexpected outcomes.
